I have to say, staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! Gregorio was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He even arranged a convenient shuttle service for me and gave great recommendations for local eateries. the room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of tasty options. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and close to the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all that Naples has to offer.

The noise from the street could be a bit bothersome at times for light sleepers. It's something to consider if you're sensitive to disturbances, but overall, it didn't detract too much from the overall positive experience.
